Free Standard Shipping (U.S. & Canada Orders)

Black Bulldog offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within Canada and the contiguous United States.* All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders are shipped from our facility in Canada.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item.

To initiate a return, please contact Black Bulldog Customer Support at:

To complete your return, we require:

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

• Reason for return

Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be issued by email. The label must be used to qualify for free return shipping.

Once your item is received in unused and original condition, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges may be applied upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
