4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Canada and internationally where applicable. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Black Bulldog Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty
Our carriers and accessories come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of [insert warranty period, e.g., 1 year] from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
